Ryan Figlia

Ryan Figlia is a co-founder of Windmill, an innovative company focused on creating eco-friendly and connected home air products, starting with environmentally conscious window air conditioners, a role held since October 2018. In addition to this position, Ryan has been the owner of RGA Mechanical Corp. since May 2012 and a manager at Figlia & Sons since December 2007, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in the mechanical and home products industries.
