Charles Romano has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as MEP Manager and Superintendent at Windover Construction since June 2015. Previously, Charles held the position of MEP Superintendent at PC Construction Company from May 2014 to June 2015, where responsibilities included coordinating and overseeing the installation of MEP systems for various facilities, including an industrial boiler facility, shipbuilding outfitting hall, and blast and paint facility.
