Richard Egan

Richard Egan has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Window Mart Manufacturing, LLC since May 2021. Previously, Richard held various leadership roles at Andersen Corporation from November 2007 to August 2020, including Plant Manager of the 100 Series Extrusion Plant, where oversight of a state-of-the-art extrusion plant was a key responsibility. Richard also managed supply chain operations at the 100 Series Assembly Plant and led the EMCO Storm Doors division in plant operations. Prior to Andersen, Richard was Purchasing Manager at Carrier HVAC, managing significant purchasing functions, and held multiple roles in the United States Air Force, culminating in the position of Assistant Chief of Plans & Programs. Richard holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
