Robert Usher

Robert "J.R." Usher joined Window Nation five years ago, and now is the Director of Regional Sales for the East Coast markets, serving the Baltimore-Washington Metro area, the Delaware Valley area, Harrisburg/Lancaster/York area, Charlotte, and Boston markets. He brings over 15 years of sales and customer service experience within the home improvement industry. As the Director of Sales, J.R. proactively supports the sales team, ensuring the delivery of 100% product and service satisfaction to all of the customers. He continually strives to improve upon the customer experience. From small tweaks to more substantial process improvements, J.R. consistently finds ways to exceed expectations.
