Chad Kleis

Chad Kleis has a diverse work experience in the sales industry. Chad started their career as a Territory Manager at HOME GUARD INDUSTRIES, INC. in 2008, where they managed key accounts and developed targeted marketing strategies. In 2011, they joined Window World as a Regional Manager, providing field support to multiple franchise locations in the Midwest. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of Sales, responsible for driving revenue and product sales growth across multiple product lines. Recently, Chad has been serving as the VP of Sales at Window World since January 2020. In this role, they oversee the company's sales operations and collaborates with the Regional Manager team to achieve company objectives.

Chad Kleis obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Michigan State University from 1990 to 1995.
