James Austin

James Austin serves as the General Manager of Window World overseeing locations in Mobile, Montgomery, Gulfport, and Jackson since March 2016. Previously, James held the position of Sales Manager at Window World Atlanta. Prior experience includes roles at TechniPower, Inc. as a Staffing Sales Representative, Dyncorp International as a CH47 F Chinook Helicopter Team Lead, AECOM as Site Supervisor and Production Control Supervisor, L-3 as a CH 47 D/F Technical Inspector, Aerotek as Structures Mechanic II, and Defense Support Services as a Helicopter Mechanic. James's career began in the US Army, serving as a Sergeant and CH47 D Helicopter Flight Engineer. Academic qualifications include studies at Southern Polytechnic State University and Georgia Highlands College, along with a High School Diploma from Pebblebrook High School.
