Frank Casucci has a long and varied work experience. Frank began their career in 2006 as a Senior Control Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where they were responsible for educating Financial Advisors and Branch Management on the commission payout policy of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, as well as processing daily General Ledger entries and managing and auditing commission payouts of two regions. In 2010, they moved to Barclays, where they held two roles: Senior Trust Analyst and Senior Compensation Analyst. In their role as Senior Trust Analyst, they were responsible for income collection, asset reviews, corporate reorganizations, cash processing, free receipts and free deliveries, as well as interfacing with Barclays Wealth Trustees front office to resolve both operational and customer service related matters. As Senior Compensation Analyst, they operated as the Team Lead for the Gross Revenue Production Team within the Sales Compensation department, organized and completed a two day month end close to conclude month end revenue reporting, and processed revenue and payout adjustments on a daily basis and during a rigorous month end close. In 2014, they moved to J.P. Morgan, where they were an Associate. Finally, in 2016, they joined FJM Ferro, Inc. as Co-Founder.

Frank Casucci attended Brooklyn College from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services.
