Mia Brondum

Mia Brondum has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mia started their career as a Sales Associate at PANDORA A/S in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Mia then joined Vestas in 2014 as a Student Worker, assisting with coordinating external standards. In 2015, Mia worked as a Junior Commercial Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, where they helped Danish companies expand into the Canadian market. Mia joined WindowMaster Control Systems Inc. in 2017 as a Business Development Assistant, contributing to sustainable indoor climate solutions. Mia transitioned to the role of US Sales Manager at WindowMaster in 2018, leading and developing the US Sales & Business Development office. In 2020, they became Sales Director at WindowMaster Clearline Inc. and currently holds the position of Chief Business Development Officer at WindowMaster since June 2023.

Mia Brondum's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from Aarhus University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sustainable Business at Aarhus University from 2011 to 2014. In 2013 and 2014, Mia also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sustainability at RMIT University. Additionally, they briefly studied in the Department of Arts and Sciences with a focus on Biology at the University of Louisville from 2010 to 2011. Mia Brondum has obtained additional certification in Developing Leadership Competencies from IESE Business School in February 2022.
