Andrew Mitchell has extensive experience in network planning and management, with a career spanning over two decades across various companies in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant-Network at Windstream since March 2017, Andrew has held multiple roles at the company, including Consultant - Access and Sr. Network Planner. Prior experience includes positions at Earthlink Business as a Sr. Network Planner and Network Planner, and at Level 3 Communications as Sr. Manager of Netex, where Andrew led a team to achieve significant savings and improve dispute resolution processes. Earlier roles at Global Crossing included Sr. Manager Access Planning and multiple analyst positions, contributing to various optimization projects that resulted in substantial cost savings.
