Caleb Horton

Caleb Horton has a diverse background in construction and safety, with current employment as a Construction-Line Worker at Windstream since September 2024. Prior experience includes Heavy Equipment Operations at Faulkner County and a Safety Technician role at Saulsbury, where Caleb worked on new construction solar projects. Caleb founded and operated Horton Seamless Gutters & Repair, LLC from October 2018 to September 2023, specializing in soffit, fascia, seamless gutters, and drainage systems. Additional experience includes various safety and supervisory positions at Bilfinger Westcon and a Floor Hand position at Pense Brothers Drilling Company. Caleb Horton is a graduate of Yellville-Summit High School, completing studies from 1999 to 2012.
