David Graham is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network optimization and market development. Currently serving as a Sr Consultant for Windstream since January 2025, David previously held the position of Market Development Director at SummitIG from December 2021 to January 2025. David has also worked as a Carrier Sales Manager at Horizon and as a Sr Consultant for Network Development at Windstream Communications from May 2012 to October 2019. David's career began at CenturyLink, where significant responsibilities included managing over 100 contracts for dark fiber and collocation, as well as leading fiber planning for the Qwest National Network. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University, acquired from 1991 to 1995.
