Don Rogers

Don Rogers is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of CLEC Operations at Windstream since June 2007, Don oversees operations across several states, managing a team of 8 local managers and 100 technicians. Previous roles at Windstream include Area Manager for Field Operations and Area Manager for CLEC Operations. Prior to Windstream, Don held positions at Nuvox as Network Operations Manager and ATM/Central Office Technician, and at WorldCom as Long Distance Switch Technician III. Earlier experience includes a role as a Field Engineer at MCI and military service in the US Army as a Communications Equipment Technician/Supervisor.
