Leanne Gingerich has over two decades of experience in engineering and operations management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Windstream since November 2012, Leanne has held various leadership roles including Staff Manager and Supervisor in Network Operations and OSP Engineering Support. Prior to Windstream, Leanne was Associate Director at Verizon Wireless, where responsibilities included establishing a new Tier II/III Technical Support center. Leanne also served as Associate Director at Alltel Wireless, achieving significant improvements in customer service efficiency and financial recovery strategies. Leanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
