Malcolm Donohoo has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Area Director of Field Sales for the West Region at Windstream since July 2021, following roles as SMB Field Sales Manager and Sr Business Sales Consultant. Previously, Malcolm worked at AT&T from March 2000 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing retail store operations as Retail Sales Manager III, along with roles as Assistant Sales Manager, Retail Sales Consultant, and Customer Service Representative. In addition to a strong background in telecommunications, Malcolm brings 15 years of retail sales management expertise, focusing on hiring, training, and driving sales results.
