Marcus Good is an experienced engineering manager currently at Windstream since July 2007, overseeing a team of engineers responsible for the configuration and implementation of broadband devices. Previously, as a senior engineer, Marcus led a group reviewing Broadband Access changes and provided training through technical documentation and instruction. Early in the career, Marcus authored over 1500 Change Control documents while serving as an engineer and gained initial experience as a network analyst at Alltel Wireless.
