Max Tittle has extensive experience in customer support, management, and leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group at Windstream since October 2016, Max leads a team of Culture Ambassadors to enhance internal company culture. Previous roles at Windstream include Channel Support and Manager of Tier 1 Repair, where responsibilities involved overseeing call center operations and managing customer interactions. Prior experience includes customer service and event planning at Chipotle Mexican Grill, as well as ownership of Game Emporium, where tournament organization and customer engagement were key responsibilities. Max also developed managerial skills as a Production Trainer at Steak n Shake and as a Host at Issaquah Cafe. Max holds a BA in Business Management from Hiram College.
