Michelle Brown is an experienced project manager with a comprehensive background in telecommunications, higher education, and service delivery. Currently serving at Windstream since October 2018, Michelle manages high-profile telecom and network projects, facilitating weekly executive meetings with CEOs. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Assistant Director at the University of Rochester, overseeing multiple projects in Admissions, Financial Aid, and Student Services. At Xerox, Michelle held several key positions, including Service Delivery Manager and Business Process Manager, where responsibilities included client support for a multi-million dollar managed print services program and critical business process integrations.
