Tom Harris

Tom Harris has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Construction Manager at Windstream since June 2001, where responsibilities have included positions as Operations Manager and Outside Plant Engineer, focusing on ILEC and CLEC Engineering along with construction management. Prior experience includes serving in the US Army from June 1982 to February 1988 as a Surveyor and Computer Repair Specialist. Tom Harris holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from North Arkansas College and has furthered education at John Brown University.
