Michael Carty

Michael Carty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and federal sales. Currently serving as a Federal Client Executive at Windward Consulting since November 2021, Carty previously held leadership positions at Iron Mountain, SHR Consulting Group, Column Technologies, and IBM Security, where responsibilities included driving sales for the US Navy and Marine Corps. Additional roles include Director of Federal Sales at Softential, Inc. and Solutions Principal at EMC. Carty's career began at Inotech, progressing through various positions to gain expertise in federal market strategies and client management. Carty holds a degree from Penn State University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
