Ariel Guzman

Ariel Guzman is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Leader for North America at Windward since January 2020, where roles have included Senior Customer Success Manager and Professional Services Team Lead. Prior to Windward, Ariel held the position of Training & Operations Manager at Blue Octagon and served as Project Manager at I-OTT, managing a significant project focused on training and certification. Additional experience includes consulting for a Maritime surveillance project in West Africa and various roles in the Israeli Navy, including Executive Officer of a patrol boat, where responsibilities included logistics and operations.
