Aviel Sivan

Aviel Sivan is an accomplished leader in customer success and sales operations with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Success at Windward, Aviel also acts as a Customer Success and Growth Coach for Catalyst Software. Before these roles, Aviel led International Customer Success at Sisense, achieving significant operational improvements, including a 60% reduction in churn. Additionally, Aviel held various senior positions at Allot, managing global partnerships and sales operations, as well as at ECI Telecom, where responsibilities included sales and project management for broadband access solutions. Aviel holds an MBA in Marketing from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Aeronautics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
