Tom Schwarz

Tom Schwarz is a highly skilled Product Manager with extensive experience in developing advanced analytical tools and systems for intelligence and maritime applications. Currently at Windward, Tom is focused on building AI-powered capabilities, including MAI Expert, to enhance decision-making for maritime analysts. Previous roles include leading the development of an investigation system with big data features for intelligence analysts at Cognyte and serving as a Product Manager at Verint. Tom's foundational experience includes working as a Data Analyst with Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at Reichman University, Tom is enrolled in the Arison’s Honors Program.
