Phil Neri

Phil Neri is an experienced financial executive currently serving as CFO at Wine.com since December 2023. Neri held the CFO role at Covercraft Industries, LLC from June 2022 to December 2023 and previously served as CFO and COO at Stella & Dot from July 2019 to May 2022, as well as at ModCloth from April 2016 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes CFO and COO positions at Serena & Lily from March 2011 to April 2016, CFO at Delivery Agent from October 2008 to March 2011, and CFO/VP Finance at Red Envelope from July 2005 to October 2008. Neri has also worked in finance at Restoration Hardware and Gump's, and served in finance and operations roles at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
