Scott Meloney

Scott Meloney is the founder and CEO of Wine Software. Prior to starting Wine Software, Meloney was the VP of product development at Softpoint, Inc., where they were responsible for the design, sales, and marketing of a programmable POS system targeted to ISV's and integration houses. Before joining Softpoint, Meloney was a senior systems analyst at Apollo Programming Industries, an outsource company for IBM/Southern Pacific that provided enterprise system development to track Southern Pacific Railway operations.

Meloney began their career in the software industry in 1983 as the director of technical services at Retail Solutions, Inc., where they developed point-of-sale application software for the hard goods retail industry. In 1981, they joined Lazor Systems, Inc. as a design engineer, where they developed hardware and software integration between ECR and inventory control systems.
