Elroy Combs

Elroy Combs is a seasoned operations executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries, including logistics, food distribution, and military operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Winebow since September 2021, Elroy previously held the position of Enterprise Owner at Amazon Logistics, where a focus on delivery efficiency and compliance was established. As President of Buckhead Meat of North Carolina, Elroy demonstrated a strong ability to drive transformational change and cultivate customer relationships. Elroy's career also includes significant roles at Quality Custom Distribution and PepsiCo, where strategic planning and operational excellence were prioritized. Furthermore, Elroy has a distinguished military background with the Air Force Reserve Command, where leadership roles included Command Chief Master Sergeant. Elroy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Grambling State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, complemented by an Associate's degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
