Michelle Allen has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at Winebow since February 2012. Prior to this role, Michelle was a Customer Care Coordinator at Russ Berrie from 1999 to 2011, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries and support.
