Ryan Fulkerson

Ryan Fulkerson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as District Sales Manager at Winebow since September 2017, Ryan previously held the position of Lead Butcher - Production Manager at AC Restaurants from September 2014 to September 2017, where significant contributions were made to the butcher program and menu development, notably at Death and Taxes, a James Beard Finalist. Earlier, Ryan co-founded The Raleigh Wine Shop, a customer-focused wine retailer, fostering strong community ties. Ryan holds an Associate's degree from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
