Monica Smith

Monica Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Monica most recently worked at WineDirect since 2017, where they held various roles including Director of Ecommerce Onboarding and Client Success Department Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Gallo Sales Company in a sales role for several months in 2017. In 2016, they served as the Director of Wine Clubs & Shipping at Ledson Winery & Vineyards. From 2013 to 2016, Monica worked at Vintage Wine Estates as the Viansa Wine Club Coordinator. Monica also gained experience as a Wine Educator at Viansa Winery and as a Brand Ambassador at Gallo Sales Company. In 2013, Monica started their career as an intern at ABCey Events, where they contributed to event planning, marketing, PR, graphic design, and technology integration efforts.

Monica Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Recreation Administration from California State University, Chico, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In 2011, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the Universita degli Studi della Tuscia, where they pursued General Education courses for a brief period.
