Emma Rix

Emma Rix is a dedicated Sustainability Executive at WineGB, where they lead the Sustainable Wines of Great Britain (SWGB) certification process, develop sustainability strategies, and enhance educational resources for the wine industry. Previously, they served as an ESG Specialist at The Keyholding Company, focusing on health and safety and driving environmental and social governance initiatives. Emma also has experience as a B Corp Assessment Project Manager, facilitating small businesses in their certification journeys. With a BA in Anthropology from the University of Sussex, Emma's academic work has directly influenced accessibility practices at their alma mater. Their diverse experiences include teaching English in China and volunteering at a refugee camp in Calais.
