Jonica Fox is the Managing Partner of Fox & Fox, a grower-producer of artisan English sparkling wines, and a Board Member for Wine GB. With a BSc (Hons) in Viticulture & Oenology from the University of Brighton, Jonica has been involved in the wine industry since 2009. Previously, Jonica served as a Council Member for the National Trust from 2012 to 2018 and was Chairman at Wealden District Council from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they have contributed as a Trustee for The Sussex Community Foundation from 2013 to 2023.
