Iryna Lytvynenko is an experienced Human Resources Director with a strong background in HR processes and analytics. They began their career at SAV ORBICO as a Personnel Specialist and progressed to leading the HR department, where they organized the work of a six-person team and enhanced various HR processes. Most recently, Iryna served as the Human Resources Director at WINETIME, focusing on HR strategy and corporate culture. Iryna holds a degree in Ukrainian Language and Literature from the Ukrainian State University named after Mykhailo Drahomanov, which they completed in 2021.
