Katherine Kersel

Katherine Kersel is an experienced HR and Health & Safety professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Group H&S and Training Manager and HR/H&S Advisor at WineWorks since March 2016, Katherine specializes in generalist HR functions, including recruitment, employment relations, learning and development, and the development of H&S policies and procedures. Prior experience includes HR/H&S Advisor roles at Vulcan Steel and HR Advisor at Sandvik NZ Ltd, showcasing expertise in organizational development and coaching. Katherine began their career in HR and training as a Trainer/HR Assistant at LSG Sky Chefs. Katherine holds a Postgraduate Business Diploma in Human Resources Management from Massey University, alongside a Diploma in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in English.
