Eddie Fernández serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Partner at WinFactor since April 2024, where the focus is on providing a complete invoice factoring solution for the transportation industry. As the Managing Attorney at Fernandez Legal since April 2015, Eddie Fernández emphasizes strategic business counsel to clients. Previous experience includes roles as Clerk of Courts at the Orange County Clerk of Court in 2014 and Attorney positions at Shutts & Bowen from September 2006 to December 2013, as well as summer associate positions at Steel Hector & Davis LLP, Akerman LLP, and Shutts & Bowen LLP in 2005 and 2004, respectively. Eddie Fernández began a professional career with the Management Associate Program at SunTrust from 1999 to 2001 and has experience as a Growth Management Intern for the City of Altamonte Springs and as a Legal Intern at Mateer & Harbert, P.A. Eddie Fernández obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G.
