Experience also includes positions at Thales, Mainstream Engineering Corporation, Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies, United Space Alliance, and Northrop Grumman. Jeffrey holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Training Simulation.
