Nithin currently serves as the Head of Data Science at Wing, where they lead a team that contributes to various business divisions. Nithin successfully designed and launched an unsecured overdraft product based on RFM analysis and input from Credit Bureau.

Additionally, Nithin has held various positions at South Indian Bank, including Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics. Nithin played a crucial role in designing and implementing a digital, instant, and unsecured personal loan using machine learning-based risk scoring. Nithin also optimized cash requirements for ATMs and implemented strategies for business expansion.
