Dallas Brooks is currently the Aviation Outreach and Standards Lead at Wing, bringing over 38 years of experience in aviation, with more than 15 years dedicated to unmanned aircraft systems RDT&E, policy, and airspace integration. Previously, Dallas served in leadership roles such as Immediate Past Chairman and Executive Vice Chairman of the AUVSI Board of Directors, and Associate Director for the ASSURE UAS Center of Excellence, where they contributed to significant advancements in UAS integration and safety. Additionally, Dallas held pivotal positions at the Department of Defense, overseeing national airspace integration for UAS, and directed the Raspet Flight Research Laboratory, transforming it into a leading aviation research powerhouse. Dallas holds multiple advanced degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Webster University.
