Damien Dusha is currently a Senior Navigation Engineer at Wing and has been integral to building high-performance navigation systems. Previously, Damien served as a Senior Software Engineer at Waymo from 2019 to 2021, contributing to core positioning algorithms and leading cross-functional teams. Damien also spent over a decade at Leica Geosystems focusing on positioning and sensor fusion applications. With early experience as a Systems Engineer for Boeing Australia Limited, Damien began their career in aerospace engineering. Educated at Queensland University of Technology, Damien earned a PhD and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Avionics.
