Douglas Ma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Douglas is currently working as the Head of Regional Operations at Wing, an on-demand drone delivery service. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Central Operations at Kyte, a technology platform for car rentals. Douglas also worked as the Head of Operations at Color, a leader in distributed healthcare and clinical testing. Previously, they held the position of Director of Launch Operations at Lyric, where they focused on designing spaces and technology for a more creative and connected world. Prior to that, they worked at Uber Advanced Technologies Group as the Head of Central Operations and later as the Senior International Launcher/General Manager. Douglas also co-founded ChocoForAll, the first online customization platform for chocolates in Asia. Additionally, they held key roles at Rocket Internet GmbH, Zalora Taiwan, Groupon International, and Go Tour-ing, LLC, initiating and managing various business ventures.
