Ivan Qiu is a multi-disciplined engineer with extensive experience in mechatronics and drone development. They began their career as a Research and Development Intern at The Raymond Corporation in 2013, where they worked on hydraulic data evaluation and software creation. Ivan subsequently joined FMC Technologies as a Rotational Engineer, contributing to significant cost savings and the development of subsea equipment. As the Director of Hardware Engineering at Skyfront, they led the creation of hybrid-electric drones and managed a variety of engineering tasks before transitioning to their current role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Wing. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, earned in 2014.
