Jarrett Larrow is the UTM Regulatory Lead at Wing, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the UTM Program Manager and the BVLOS Rulemaking Lead at the Federal Aviation Administration from 2022 to 2025. From 2007 to 2019, Jarrett worked as an Aerospace Engineer at the FAA and had earlier experience as an Avionics Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft and an Electrical Engineer at the FDA. Jarrett earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2003.
