Leah Debes

Leah Debes has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Leah currently works at Wing as the Sr. Lead of Strategic Partnerships, where they are responsible for partnering with innovative companies and managing global partnerships. Prior to this role, they held the position of Lead of Strategic Partnerships at Wing.

Leah also has experience at Google, where they worked in Strategic Partnerships.

Before joining Wing and Google, Leah worked at ChowNow as the Head of Business Development & Product Partnerships, where they signed deals and managed relationships with strategic partners. Leah also served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at ChowNow.

Leah's earlier experience includes co-founding and being the President of UQ Marketing, an influencer marketing agency. Leah has also worked at Cardinal Health as a Territory Manager and Ambulatory Care Marketing Specialist. Lastly, Leah interned at J.P. Morgan, focusing on growth initiatives.

Leah Debes has studied Marketing & Entrepreneurship at Miami University. Leah has also obtained additional certifications, including the TLC Leaders Program Certificate of Completion from The Leadership Consortium in 2022 and Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School in 2020.
