Michael Bales

Michael Bales has extensive experience in flexo and web offset printing operations, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an MDR Technician at Honeywell since March 2021, Michael is responsible for the assembly and testing of right angle transfer units for automated conveyor systems. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Flexo Operator at Wingate Packaging, operating various advanced printing systems, and held similar positions at WS Packaging, Model Graphics, Spear USA, and Avery Dennison, where expertise in multiple color setups was developed. Additionally, experience includes working as a Web Offset Operator at Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing. Michael holds an Associate degree in Imaging Arts and Sciences from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
