Sam Johnston

Sam Johnston is an experienced professional in the property investment sector, currently serving as Associate Director of Direct Property at Wingate since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sam held positions at Cromwell Property Group from 2017 to August 2022, progressing from Transactions Analyst to Manager of Capital Transactions. Earlier experience includes an Analyst role at Sentinel Property Group, where focus was on opportunistic investments in Australia’s commercial property market, and positions at JLL and Jones Lang LaSalle, where Sam contributed as a Negotiator and Analyst, respectively. Educational qualifications include a degree in Urban Development with a focus on Property Economics and Accounting from QUT, completed in 2013.
