Pegah Rokhforoz

Pegah Rokhforoz started their work experience as a Control System Lab Instructor at Iran University of Science and Technology from September 2014 to July 2015. Pegah then worked as a Control System Lab Instructor at the University of Tehran from September 2016 to February 2017. In January 2017, they became a Lecturer at Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University until July 2017. Pegah joined the Power Research Institute in September 2017 as a Researcher, where they worked until October 2019. From October 2019 to August 2022, they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zürich. Currently, they are working as a Control Engineer at WinGD – Winterthur Gas & Diesel, starting from September 2022.

Pegah Rokhforoz began their education journey in 2008 at the Iran University of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Control Systems. Pegah completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. Pegah then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Control Engineering at the same institution from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Pegah enrolled as a PhD student at the University of Tehran, focusing on Control System and Operation Research. Pegah continued their doctoral studies until 2019. During this period, from 2018 to 2019, Pegah also had the opportunity to broaden their academic experience as a PhD visitor at the Delft University of Technology, specializing in Control Systems and Operation Research.

Following the completion of their PhD, Pegah engaged in further research in the field of Control Theory and Scheduling. In 2019, they joined ETH Zürich as a researcher, where they dedicated their efforts to exploring these areas of study. Pegah's affiliation with ETH Zürich lasted until 2020.

Overall, Pegah Rokhforoz has pursued an extensive education in control systems and operation research, with a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, and ongoing PhD studies. Additionally, they conducted academic research at renowned institutions such as the University of Tehran, Delft University of Technology, and ETH Zürich.
