Shuofan Chen

Shuofan Chen started their work experience in 1996 as a Third Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China. They held this position until 2003. From 2003 to 2015, Chen worked at China State Shipbuilding Corporation as a Division CFO. In 2015, they became the CFO at Winterthur Gas & Diesel Ltd.

Shuofan Chen completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Fudan University, which took place from 1991 to 1996. They then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, from 2006 to 2008. Finally, Shuofan Chen obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Applied Economics from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, spanning from 2009 to 2014.
