Steen Schou

Steen Schou is a multi-disciplined professional with extensive international experience in marine and offshore services and newbuild projects. Currently serving as the General Manager of Partner Relations at WinGD Ltd., Steen has demonstrated a proven track record in managing complex technical projects, strategic planning, and fostering cross-cultural collaboration. Steen's past roles include General Manager at MAN Diesel & Turbo PrimeServ Taiwan and General Manager of Operations at WinGD, where significant achievements in engineering implementation and efficiency improvements were made. Steen holds a B.Sc. in Construction and Engineering from Copenhagen University College of Engineering and began their career as a mechanical craftsman trainee at Burmeister & Wain.
