Wiktor Tarnawski

Wiktor Tarnawski, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT consulting, recruitment, and business development. Currently, Wiktor serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Winged IT, a rapidly growing company delivering IT talent from Central and Eastern Europe. As Co Editor and Subject Matter Expert at doITinPoland.com, Wiktor contributes to promoting Poland as a viable location for IT operations. Previous roles include Advisor to the Management Board and Director of Sales and Marketing at Soflab Technology, where significant contributions were made to expanding the customer base and managing key contracts. Additional experience includes leading sales departments at Sofrecom Polska and NOVUS Security, focusing on business development across Eastern Europe and the CIS. Wiktor holds a PhD in Sociology from the Graduate School for Social Research and an M.A. in History from the University of Gdansk.
