Eric Slaymaker

Eric Slaymaker is an experienced executive with a diverse background in the restaurant and business management sectors. As Chief Executive Officer of Wingers Restaurants since November 1993, Eric has played a key role in expanding the brand into smaller and mid markets, now focusing on franchise offerings in the Midwest US. Eric is also a Partner at Monarch Ventures and has served as Manager and Co-Founder of Winger Bros. Management, LLC since March 2014. In addition, Eric was a Board Member for the JDRF Mountain West Chapter from June 2017 to July 2019, supporting initiatives for Type 1 Diabetes research. Prior experience includes founding Monarch Broadcasting, Inc. and owning Eric Slaymaker Advertising. Eric holds a BS in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of San Francisco, completed between 1980 and 1982.
