Sid Venkatesan

Sid Venkatesan is a seasoned Chief Legal & Strategy Officer currently leading corporate strategy and serving as General Counsel at May Mobility. With a background as a software developer during the dotcom boom, Sid has since held influential roles, including Chief Legal Officer at Embark Trucks and Interim Chief Legal Officer at Amelia, an IPsoft Company. Sid's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Komline-Sanderson and contributing as an advisor to WINGI. Sid is pursuing a JD at New York University School of Law, an MBA from The Wharton School, and holds a BS in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.
