Khushal Kumar is an experienced professional in the field of artificial intelligence and software engineering, currently serving as a Software Engineer I – GenAI at Wingify, where responsibilities include implementing intelligent database caching and enhancing bot performance. Previously, Khushal has held various roles such as AI Engineer, where workflows and tools were developed to optimize email support bot responses, and also served as a mentor to AI interns. Prior to Wingify, Khushal contributed to Scaler as an Evangelist, mentoring students in AI, and gained valuable experience as a Data Science Intern at Haqdarshak, focusing on chatbots and model optimization. Khushal's career began as a Digital Marketing Executive at Omnie Solutions, managing marketing projects with an emphasis on SEO and content creation.
